Well Head Equipment wellhead control panel:

The wellhead control panel plays an import part for the safety production in desert, high production, high dangerous oil &gas well or wells on the platform, which can effectively prevent or reduce the oil&gas well accident from happening, and the hydrocarbons being discharged to the atmosphere or condition; No matter according to the government regulations or oil field safe production requirement both home and abroad, the wellhead safety control system is one of the most important control systems in the oil field.
Wellhead control panel is made up of hydraulic part, mechanic part and electrical part. The hydraulic part is the pressure source to the wellhead safety valve, and the electrical part provides the power source for the whole system. Wellhead safety control system controls 2 safety valves, one is surface safety valve(SSV) and the underwater safety valve (SCSSV). The control pressure for surface safety valve actuator is 5,000 psi and the under well safety valve actuator control pressure is 10,000 psi;

7. Skid structure, and with forklift holes at the bottom and the hoist hole in the top which is very convenient for moving and reusing;
8. With HP pipeline recovery package, convenient to operate and very humanized;

Well/Wellhead Control Panels are designed for controlling the Subsurface Safety Valves, Master Valves, Wing Valves, Choke Valves, Gas Lift Valves, and other surface valves. Wellhead Control Panels can be supplied with RTU,ESD Station, Hi/Low Pressure Pilots, Pressure and Temperature transducers, Fusible Plugs,etc, which can be customized to cusotmer's requirments.
