Hongsheng Oil Co., Ltd. administers multiple independent legal entities, such as Lijin Hongsheng Industry Co., Ltd, Beijing Dongdu Hengli Trade Co., Ltd, Dongying Yue Run Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd, Lijin Longda Instrument Factory, The Kazakh Uzi Suitor Company. The main constituent part, Lijin Hongsheng Industry Co., Ltd was established in August, 2011, with registered capital of RMB 10 million and located in Lijin Economic Development Zone. The site area of installation and commissioning of equipment is up to 6200 square meters; the building area is up to 19447square meters; gross site area is up to 28380 square meters. Meanwhile, total investment is up to RMB 130 million. Besides, the company passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification, China Compulsion Product Certification (CCC) and API certification for multiple product. Moreover, employees' education background are college degree or above while management personnel's are bachelor degree. There are nine departments in Hongsheng Oil with 13 postgraduate students majored in mechanical design, 213 technical engineers in various professional fields and more than 630 employees. Hongsheng Oil actively cooperate with major science and technology organization, petroleum colleges and universities, dedicated to the popularization and application of new technology for oilfield, the production and sales of drilling equipment, supporting services for large equipment at home and abroad, the output of oil and gas technology and ground engineering. Hongsheng Oil Co., Ltd is one of the key science and technology enterprises supported by Dongying City, one of listed companies in Dongying City, and one of main suppliers of Shengli Oilfield, Zhongyuan Oilfield and Daqing Oilfield.
